1,000,000 March for Marriage in Paris

Good news this week out of France.  In his travels, both as an Air Force pilot and missionary, MFI President Kris Mineau has had the pleasure of meeting wonderful Christian men and women all over the globe.  Recently, friends of his from France sent word that the well-organized protests against homosexual marriage in their country had mobilized over 1,000,000 people on the streets of Paris!  That is nearly three times as many as is being reported by news outlets here in the U.S.  Despite often being the butt of jokes about surrendering, the French are putting up perhaps the boldest and most spirited defense of marriage to date.  As journalist Robert Oscar Lopez wrote in his article Monday in the Public Discourse,

We should be encouraged by these developments across the pond, and MFI will continue to keep you posted.
